Improving immunity, has become layman’s goal, especially post COVID 19 scenario. Natural food ingredients in south Asia, namely ginger, pepper, lemon and honey, were shown to be promoting immunity under prophylactic means as scientifically shown in this edition by a learned scholar. Shoulder ailments leading to lowering of daily activities are widely recorded. Physical exercises especially using instrument assisted mobilization for shoulder capsulitis were taken for a scientific literature review from a physiotherapist perception. Laboratory technological advancements are crucial for proper diagnosis enabling prompt medication especially in human health. Consumption of nutritive values of local grown rice and banana which are shown to be rich sources of micronutrients shown with scientific evidence in current scenario of life style disorders. This article evidence gets significant. Balance, a key problem faced by stroke patient were to be treated with an advanced biofeedback equipment, can to a larger extent prevents falls and a better quality of life. Active release therapy on various musculoskeletal conditions were taken in a literature review for better clinical practice. Demographics, can better be used for Academic betterment and planning of educational strategies which are discussed with due literature evidence. Prevalence of Chikungunya in India its impact on human health care to be known for preventive, diagnosis and Medication. Nearly eight articles on these above stated topics shall surely give reader a greater insight with an updated scientific learning.
